ITEM OVERVIEW
One half of the Indigo Girls, on her second solo offering (with able backing from a full band). Its alot more rock than the Indigo Girls...alot more punk too. A good thing, for sure. And behind the soaring guitars and gut-wrenching melodies, are some of Ms Ray's most personal, and poltiical lyrics to date, covering themes of gender, sexuality, exclusion, race, inclusion, belonging, loss, and a whole lot more. Quite superb.
