Culled from 64 hours of footage (and interviews with 70 zine-makers), this 83 minute film (with 20 minutes of bonus footage) provides a cultural analysis of what causes zine makers to tick, what the hell zines are, why people make zines, the origins of self-publishing, and the resources and community available to zines. Much of the footage is taken at the Portland Zine Symposium. Includes artwork by Cristy Road and music by J. Church and Defiance, OH!
