ITEM OVERVIEW
A home recording from 1969 sees (or technically, hears, I suppose) the bard running through 19 nippy items, from the 49 second blast of "No Charge" to the five minute opus of "Farewell, Foolish Objects." Vintage Bukowski at his best. Similar to "King Of Poets" in its drunken intimacy and wry humor. Bukowski's softly spoken voice is always a pleasant surprise when heard for the first time.
