ITEM OVERVIEW
This is an excellent cookbook with hundreds of recipes, invaluable tips, and "cook's secrets." Heavily inspired by animal-rights issues, there are PC versions of common sayings, that are sometimes cool and sometimes make me want to laugh, scattered throughout. It's fun and interesting to read even if you never intend on preparing any of the delicious recipes. Now in a luxurious updated, and much expanded edition.
